Supervision Of Work : Initially, the Junior Engineers should supervise the operations which in turn assists them to learn the functions of the organization.
Planning : Here, the Junior Engineer is assigned to design the blueprints for flagship projects carried in their respective department.
Scheme Execution : The Junior Engineers will be posted under several Government projects where he/she is subject to execute the scheme according to the requirements.
Accounts : The SSC Junior Engineer must look after the stocks and he/she is also bound to pass the bills to the contractor.
Assisting Superiors : In this task, the Junior Engineer will be designated under various sections and he/she will be overseeing the designated section.
SSC allows its Junior Engineers an ample amount of growth opportunities while working for various Government Departments. Not only there is a scope for promotion but the Junior Engineers can also receive increments in their salary at regular intervals on the basis of their performances.
